Working student (m/f/d) ERP and process management with a focus on SAP ByDesign

We will only have a real impact if we further develop and standardize our business processes in SAP ByDesign and apply them optimally in our day-to-day business. That's why we are looking for working students to join our team who enjoy ERP systems, process management, and varied tasks.

Your tasks

  • Support in establishing, standardizing, and documenting existing business processes in SAP ByD
  • Collaboration in the practical implementation and application of processes in day-to-day business (e.g., in purchasing, warehousing, production, or sales)
  • Support in error analysis and process optimization to ensure smooth operations
  • Support in the creation of user documentation, guidelines, and training materials
  • Close cooperation with specialist departments to coordinate requirements and feedback from operational activities
  • Participation in smaller improvement projects to continuously improve processes 

Your profile

  • Current studies in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable degree program
  • Interest in business processes, ERP systems, and process management
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is desirable but not essential
  • Analytical thinking skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Enjoyment of working with different departments and hands-on tasks
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
