IT System Administrator / IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

As an IT Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our team - and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for IT questions and technical faults
- You will also look after and manage our client systems: Notebooks, mobile devices, monitors, accessories
- This also includes preparing workstations - from hardware to software - and supporting new colleagues during onboarding
- You provide rapid assistance via our ticket system, document solutions and continuously improve our knowledge database
- You help to make our IT even better - with small projects, automation or tool selection
Your profile
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, IT clerk or similar)
- You love to solve problems - quickly, in a structured manner and in the interests of the users
- Initial experience in IT support (client systems, Microsoft 365, Windows, ideally Azure)
- You communicate clearly - in German (good) and English (solid)
- Team spirit, initiative and service mentality are not just empty phrases for you
