First Level IT-Support / IT specialist (m/f/d)
Bring your IT affinity and solution-oriented thinking to the table and ensure the smooth running of our employees' hardware and software as a first-level IT support / IT specialist (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Responsibility for creating and setting up IT hardware and software for existing and new employees for all INERATEC locations
- First level support for the team with the help of “first level tickets” in the ticket system including documentation of problems and their solution
- Preparation and implementation of IT training for internal employees and adaptation of the IT manual on the intranet
- Administration of the network infrastructure in the INERATEC locations
- Administration and management of our Azure Cloud
- Managing and monitoring the backup solutions
- Administration and collaboration in the ERP system (Business by Design)
- Collaboration in the upcoming ISO27001 certification
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or other training with an affinity for IT
- Several years of professional experience is a prerequisite
- Strong communication skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Very good English and German language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
