Werkstudent (m/w/d) Recruiting/ HR
As part of our HR team, you will accompany the recruiting process from the very beginning and actively shape the future of our dynamic and constantly growing company.
Your tasks
- Independent coordination of application management from the creation of a job advertisement to the coordination of interviews
- Maintaining the recruiting platforms
- Supporting HR projects to increase employer attractiveness in terms of employer branding
- Independent further development of the employer branding concept
- Preparation of the onboarding of new employees
Your profile
- You are studying business administration, business education or industrial engineering with a focus on human resources
- You have successfully completed at least the third semester of your studies
- Ideally, you already have experience in HR through an internship or similar
- In addition to your studies, you have at least 15 hours per week to work on exciting tasks
- You have very good written and spoken English and German skills
- You have experience with the common Microsoft Office applications
- Independent and structured way of working
