Team Lead (m/f/d) Marketing & Communications
As Team Lead Marketing & Communications, you will build and scale INERATEC's brand and demand engine in the global Power-to-X and e-fuels market. You will translate complex technologies into compelling stories and achieve measurable impact for business development, partnerships, and sales.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the holistic marketing and communications strategy
- Establishing a clear messaging architecture that aligns sales, product development, and management across all channels
- Responsibility for the corporate newsroom and editorial planning for all internal and external communication channels
- Developing high-quality technical B2B content, e.g., white papers, case studies, references, technical briefs
- Running targeted digital campaigns via LinkedIn, industry platforms, SEO, and email sequences to generate qualified B2B leads
- Building a data-driven marketing engine with clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
- Responsibility for website strategy, conversion optimization, and marketing automation workflows
- Planning, organizing, and executing impactful events (conferences, client visits, facility openings, partner activations)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, industry media, and opinion leaders in the fields of energy, aviation, and climate tech, as well as proactive press relations
- Leading and developing the team
- Working closely with sales, business development, product development, product, HR, and management to align all marketing and communication activities with the company's goals
Your profile
- 6–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and corporate communications, ideally in the fields of cleantech, engineering, the chemical industry, industrial plant engineering, or energy infrastructure
- Strong ability to quickly grasp complex engineering topics and explain them in an understandable way, e.g., power-to-X, e-fuel production, CO₂ utilization, and modular plant design
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Fluent language skills in English and German
- Experience in organizing high-quality events and confident, professional demeanor when representing the company in public
- Experience in leading small teams or cross-functional project groups
- Confident use of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and lead generation processes
