Team Lead (m/f/d) After Sales Service & Maintenance

You will ensure high plant availability at our production sites and at our customers' premises and develop efficient, service-oriented processes. In doing so, you will combine strategic thinking with operational implementation.
Your tasks
- Disciplinary and technical management as well as further development of the after-sales service & maintenance team
- Establishment and optimisation of an efficient, customer-oriented service and maintenance department
- Ensuring plant availability through strategic and operational maintenance concepts
- Development of maintenance and testing strategies based on risk and fault analyses
- Planning and implementation of operational maintenance measures, including material and service provider management
- Establishment and maintenance of a structured spare parts and service network
- Technical clarification of customer enquiries and interface management between internal departments and external partners
- Responsibility for budget, documentation, performance tracking and billing
Your profile
- · Completed degree or further training in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by sound technical vocational training (e.g. as a mechanic, mechatronics engineer or electrician (m/f/d))
- · Several years of industrial experience, e.g. in mechanical engineering, plant construction or chemistry, particularly in the construction and maintenance of complex plant networks
- · Several years of experience in a managerial service role, as a reliability engineer or in a comparable role with responsibility for customer service
- · Confident in dealing with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- · Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering topics
- · Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work with a strong hands-on mentality
- · Willingness to travel for business trips
- · Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
