Senior Expert Product Development (Electrical Engineering) (m/f/d)

Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Expert in Product Development (Electrical Engineering) (m/f/d) with creative ideas and a strategic mindset to join our "Chemical Reactors" team.
Your tasks
- Analyzing and improving the electrical heater technology in the environment of the reactor (high temperature and high pressure) in terms of efficiency, performance, and reliability
- Optimization of the complex measurement technology in and around the reactor
- Design of wiring for high power currents with a focus on resilience and fail-safety
- Enhancing the understanding of fault currents and their effects
- Challenging and improving the methodology of the product development process to achieve efficient and high-quality results
- Keep track of technology trends and developments to bring innovative ideas and ensure the competitiveness of our products
- Mentoring and technical support to the development team to encourage their growth and development
Your profile
- Completed science or technical degree (electrical engineering or a comparable field)
- Relevant professional experience in the field of "Design for Manufacturing" (DFM)
- Ability to work in an highly structured manner and to set a positive example
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
