Senior Controller (m/f/d)
As a Senior Controller (m/f/d), you will be part of our finance team and play a key role in establishing and developing our controlling processes. You will contribute your experience to professionalize the management of our projects and the company in the long term.
Your tasks
- Further development and responsibility for project controlling for large-scale international projects
- Creation, maintenance, and optimization of budget planning and forecasts
- Development and implementation of liquidity planning, including cash flow analyses
- Close cooperation with project management, engineering, and management
- Development of key figures, reports, and dashboards for informed decisions
- Efficient and target-group-oriented reporting to management and international investors
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with accounting
- Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for action
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in plant engineering, project business, or capital goods
- In-depth knowledge of project controlling, budget, and liquidity planning
- Experience in preparing reports for management and international investors
- Very good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and pragmatism
- Confident use of ERP systems (SAP Business by Design desirable) and common reporting tools
- Strong communication skills, assertive, and team-oriented
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
